The Mill is a new development of 800 homes on the site of the former Arjo Wiggins paper mill site which is being delivered by a partnership of Cadwyn, the Tirion Group and Lovell. Tirion has unlocked the potential of the long-disused site with support from the Welsh Government and Principality Building Society.
The £100m urban village is one of Wales’ biggest regeneration projects and will create a vibrant and sustainable new community. This flagship scheme will create homes for open market sale by Lovell and homes for Tirion which will be available for rent managed through Cadwyn.
