Cadwyn is a ‘not for profit’ organisation with housing roots. Cardiff based, we build good quality, affordable homes in the area to people from all walks of life including single people, families, people who have previously been homeless, people from minority ethnic backgrounds and people on low incomes.
Cadwyn manages around 2,000 homes in Cardiff and the surrounding area, in addition to managing the rented homes at The Mill on behalf of Tirion Homes.
As of 1st November 2024, Cadwyn Housing Association has officially joined the Cadarn Housing Group as a sister organisation to Newydd Housing Association.
Both Newydd and Cadwyn now operate as subsidiaries within the Cadarn Housing Group, marking a significant milestone in Cadarn Group’s history as it celebrates its 50th birthday and a new era of collaboration.
