The Mill, Canton is a brand new community in an extremely desirable riverside location, close to Cardiff city centre.
The development of 800 new homes on the site of the former Arjo Wiggins paper mill is being delivered by a partnership of Lovell, the Tirion Homes and Cadwyn Housing Association and aims to create a vibrant and sustainable new community offering superior and distinctive homes. The Mill Living Team are part of Cadwyn Housing Association and our dedicated, professional staff are on hand for any queries, whether it be renting a new home, reporting maintenance or making a payment.
Since 2018 we have let almost 200 homes ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom houses across Phases A & B of the development. Phase C is due to handover from Summer/Autumn 2021 and comprises a mixture of apartments and houses.
